Several Southern California restaurant chains claim their rights to the Inland Empire. John Plessel previews several new and soon-to-open restaurants with menus ranging from burgers and Mexican food to soft serve ice cream.

Craft Brewing Company, founded in Lake Elsinore in 2009, moves its headquarters to Riverside, but does not leave its original hometown. He opens a restaurant in the Outlets of Lake Elsinore.

If you’re looking for original foods, Knott’s Berry Farm is adding an extra week to its annual Boysenberry Festival and featuring items such as an open-faced chicken sandwich on a boysenberry donut and crab sushi with boysenberry aioli.
