The popular bar and bowling alley is moving from its current Bond Street home to the Headrow attraction. The new Roxy Lanes will be three times its predecessor Bond Street – which opened in Leeds city center in 2014.
This brand new game center will incorporate all the elements of the existing Roxy sites as well as new games that have never been seen in Leeds before.
Roxy Lanes at The Light will open its doors to customers on Friday, February 11.
From the team behind Roundhay-based Yokohama, the business will welcome people from across Leeds city center to its new Woodhouse Lane location this spring.
They take over a 100-seat restaurant at the Merrion Centre. You can expect to try over 40 Korean dishes in Hama.
Artisanal salt + Falafel
Salt Craft + Falafel will be based out of a newly refurbished site at Granary Wharf, which was previously Craft Asylum, with the venue set to serve award-winning beers, cocktails and Middle Eastern street food.
This will be Salt’s second location in Leeds and will open on Friday 18th February.
Founder Jamie Lawson said: “We wanted to expand our presence in Leeds while offering something different.
“We were blown away by the reception of Salt Leeds Craft + Cocktails and wanted to provide some diversity in a growing inner city area.
The prestigious brand The Ivy is opening a second restaurant in Leeds city centre. The company is launching its fourth The Ivy Asia in our city after seeing success in Manchester and London.
There will be oriental flavors, eye-catching cocktails and weekend events. The Ivy Asia will open in Leeds this summer.
After enjoying success across the UK, Saucy Chicks will open their first Yorkshire location in Leeds. Based opposite the First Direct Arena, you can try many tasty fried chicken delicacies.
Saucy Chicks will launch in February at Merrion Way.
A new luxury Chinese restaurant and karaoke bar are opening at the Merrion Center in Leeds.
Blue Pavilion comes from the owners of the award-winning Blue Sakura brand. Blue Sakura is said to be investing around £2million in the premises based in Merrion Street, with the new venture expected to create up to 50 jobs.
The restaurant will seat 130 people while there will also be a private VIP dining room and the K Kube karaoke room. There will be seven rooms at K Kube with the new restaurant and karaoke bar opening in summer 2022.
Many fans of celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo were sad to see his Park Row restaurant close at the end of 2021. This spring, the site is set to reopen, renamed Riva Blu.
On the menu, you’ll find dishes like beef carpaccio and eggplant parmigiana. Meanwhile, Gino D’Acampo is working on opening new restaurants in Yorkshire.
