The hotel group continues its European expansion with the addition of these newly announced properties.

The group’s Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton brands have more than 100 openings planned in Europe over the next five years.

Continued brand growth

The six recently announced Hilton hotels are to open under the group’s targeted service brands in Germany, Italy, the UK and Poland. These openings in Berlin, Potsdam, Venice, Bologna, Plymouth and Szczecin will join more than 60 Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton operating properties across Europe.

Patrick Fitzgibbon, Senior Vice President, Development, EMEA, Hilton said, “Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton are two of Hilton’s fastest growing brands, with more than half of our European development pipeline per hotel under these two brands.

“Hilton has established one of the most successful and sought-after franchise support models in the European hospitality industry, with over 350 hotels now operating with our established partners and another 170 new hotels in our pipeline. Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton are popular with guests and have a proven track record in many locations, from regional cities to major capital cities, airports to sports stadiums, making it an attractive opportunity for investors.

“Currently present in 23 European countries and with plans to open in seven new markets over the next five years, value-conscious guests will be able to experience Hilton’s cutting-edge hospitality in a growing number of locations.”
